Pros
The phone plans and discounted service is still a good benefit even with recent increases. Hourly pay is good compared to other customer service jobs in area.
Cons
In the last several months there has been a serious decline in the culture, treatment, interactions, and compensation of csr reps. No fair disciplinary or promotions, no pay increase and other bonuses have been taken away or made too hard to recieve. Frontline employees use to be treated the same way the external customers are expected to be treated. Morale is way down.
