      Pros

      Good company overall. They do try and promote those who produce results. Some politics, but that's to be expected anywhere in the Corporate realm.

      Cons

      Company suffered from lack of clear strategy/vision/direction which came from the executive level down.

      This has been the best workplace for me so far. Love the energy, management, people, workplace, free food every now and then, great coffee.
