Solid benefits at an affordable price Great discounts on service

Cons

The culture within the SMB sales channel is that of a small tech startup not a multibillion global organization. There are lots of communication gaps and questionable management practices that is surprising overlooked. Recent reorganization was quite disappointing and possibly one of the worst I’ve experienced in over 25 years in the industry.
