Wide flex time options, unlimited sick days, good people at the lower level of the org chart. Puts money into facility to keep things up to date although the process is slow.
Cons
Management is a quagmire. The upper echelon in Germany is completely out of sync with American business and the US management team. Upper and middle management are a wasteland of the worst kind of leaders imaginable. You'll be hard pressed to find a worker who doesn't have their resume out, looking to jump. You can't blame them as firings and mass layoffs are frequent - they are currently on a 3 year cycle for cuts. Because of this, turnover is very high. HR at Symrise is full of genuinely terrible people - unapproachable and disingenuous. Because of all this, the culture is miserable and unhappy.
