      Hybrid work environment, mostly everyone is friendly, not really any rush to complete work, low accountability

      It is clear they only care about making and saving money rather than actually caring about employees

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
