      Good benefits and bonuses and work life balance (8:30-5:30)

      Cons

      Low pay, discrimination against mental illness like anxiety and the company will use numerous reasons to terminate your contract once they find out. Even if you’re medicated and declared fit for work after a psych evaluation, they won’t accept it. The company prides itself on fairness and does not discriminate.

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
