      Great work life balance , great culture.

      Cons

      Stagnant pay and limited career progression. You’ll do the same thing 10 years later with zero increase to your skill. Pay increment is low too. $87 in total of increment over >5 years.

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
