      Inclusive and collaborative colleagues. People are willing to lend a hand and teach you. You have the flexibility to define your own career path in the organization.

      Salaries were below market for my role. Benefits were acceptable but did not differentiate the company from competitors.

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
