      Pros

      Does not require continous improvement as long as you show up for work. Very forgiving/tolerant company for whatever mistakes you make. Extensive medical coverage even for spouse and dependent. Can be a retirement company.

      Cons

      Increment is very little. Promotion takes a long time even if you are a top performer. Does not promote internally

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
