      - Crew members may need to have experience in other departments before entering staging or will run the risk of slowing down progress for a long time. - Not enough crew members / temps willingness to continue working

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
