      Very interesting product range and growing end markets Strong operational/engineering focus Relaxed performance environment without huge amount of pressure

      Cons

      Highly siloed with little to no chance to interact with other business units Lot of micromanagement from Germany Lack of entrepreneurial spirit, many people working to collect a paycheck Few training/development opportunities

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
