Management disregards employee well-being and policies - Anonymous employee Swissport Employee Review

This is regarding Swissport in YOW. Schedules are released less than 24hrs prior to taking effect. Management is pushing for schedules and false policies that disrespect the time and wellbeing of every employee in Ottawa except themselves, refusing everyone to have any days off on weekends, falsifying employment policies to refuse shift trades, sick days, and personal days to any employee whom they do not personally get along with. If you get hired by swissport in ottawa, they will hire you, make you work full time even if you are on a part time contract, then provide you with barely 21hrs of work. There is much more to be said, but until management at this station is sent back to training or replaced DO NOT apply for this station.
