Poor management. No opportunities to progress, Swatch will instead hire less capable external candidates to fill positions. Poor or minimum communication from head office. I experienced unfair payment that was not equal to other members of staff with less experience for over 6 months. The company does value their staff despite the best part of a decade of loyal service. Avoid.
