Terrible - Buyer Superdrug Employee Review

The senior team have archaic mindsets and are bullies. I have seen many people pushed out of this business. Training is non-existent and you get no thanks when performing well. Senior approvals and conversations have a different outcome dependant on their mood for the day. The level of work required in buying here is that of admin, merch, operations, visual planning and marketing. Then eventually you get to do some buying but you're lucky if you get that all done in your work hours.
