Pros
The only thing I can think of is that you smell nice most of the time because of the perfume.
Cons
They make everyone feel bad for anything they do. They don't praise the good things and focus only on the bad, half the time you don't know what exactly you're doing wrong. They make their employees upset on numerous occasions. I'm always terrified to come into work because they'll just give you a hard time and a lot of people who I work with there feel that way.
