Pros
The company's culture is pretty open and fun, particularly in head office, but the culture is very different in stores. I wouldn't recommend anyone in retail to work in any of our stores due to the pressured culture and the never ending tasks to deliver results with less and less resource.
Cons
Croydon, or more precisely the back end of an industrial estate near Croydon is really not very nice to work in and is very difficult to commute to. The building is old, tired and underinvested in for many years meaning the working environment isn't very nice at all. The pay is probably slightly below the market, hence a lot of people don't stick around very long before taking a better job with better pay and conditions in London. The biggest benefit is the bonus and your potential to achieve it. There are other benefits, but these are really quite poor and bordering on insulting.
