Loads of part time staff work at my store who all want more hours which can't be given because of 'budgets'. Pay is minimum wage, forced to active sell to a target without any incentive or praise, company spends thousands on sending mangers to conferences that cover unimportant topics when this money could be better used on giving stores more hours!
