IF you like being treated like a robot or a number go for it If you can handle being patronised by other managers that have only ever worked for superdrug and therefore bring no additional skills to the table, go for it If you are happy to have to put yourself in harms way to deal with thieves go for it

shocking style of management!! border line bullying They create robots they do not develop their managers to be effective people leaders. heavily processed lead. They offer some long standing managers development to train new managers.... half a day coaching session giving these power hungry, unskilled 'managers' the freedom to dictate whether you pass or fail your probation.
