Pros
Got a very good staff Discount. Good products and good promotions but that is about it. Most team members were easy to get on with.
Cons
Bullying by management and team leaders. Regularly underpaid. Worked extra hours and never got paid for them. Rotas never organised so never knowing when you are due to work next. High turn over of staff. Always got to push registrations and star buys, failure to reach target EVERYDAY resulted in disciplinary action. Targets were put up to unobtainable numbers. Not allowed to go to toilet or drink water unless 15 minute break. Holiday requests were lost. 12 hour shifts. Not allowed to take full lunch hour. Always understaffed. Stupid bell system at tills that nobody would answer. Never ever consider working there!
