Pros
Some of the stores have some lovely staff to work with. Quick progression if you work hard.
Cons
The pay is pitiful, one of the worst companies for pay and the benefits are not anything spectacular either. The pressure of hitting target and performing are the main concern of every member of higher management e.g area managers, regional managers. No one seems to pay attention to the help staff and stores ask for it seems as though if you are not performing no one cares, instead of asking stores what help they need or any guidence etc you're overlooked because you havent reached target. Lack of training, when you do progress to the next level it seems as though training can be the most difficult thing to get done. You're either sent to another where you are just used as an extra memeber of staff instead of having the adequate time to sit down and do your training or you are kept in your own store and due to lack of hours there isn't anytime to do any training so it takes 5 times as long to complete your training if you manage to get it done. Most staff are just thrown into the deep end and expected to perform to a high enough standard. Team memebers are taking on more than their workload, assistant managers are having to act as store managers and team leaders are having to act as assistant manager because you're store manager more than likely is helping at another store due to again lack of training. One of the worst companies to work for.
