bad pay, awful management, constant surveillance on cameras. higher ups more interested in watching employees at all hours of the day rather than actually monitoring for security reasons. told off for every little thing you do, unattainable targets and ridiculous pressure on anything. not much support offered either. all pressure put onto you when you actually do your job so you end up doing 3 peoples work all at once
