Great product and the Loss Prevention team was somewhat supportive.
Cons
Everything else. Long hours, ppl calling out and you having to work 7-10 day stretches and 13 hour shifts. No support from the “Regional Manager” (which is just a fancy title for a District Manager with more stores than a traditional DM). The RM picks her favorites and if you are not a favorite of hers, prepare to feel overworked and undervalued. It takes months to catch on to the many many unnecessary apps and Leonardo Lessons so also be prepared to always need a partner from another location to assist you in navigating your job. Customers will steal and it will give you extra work to do. They don’t care if people steal but will eventually blame you for any losses. Too many conference calls and they expect you to take calls on your personal and off days. There was just zero respect for work/life balance. This was by far, my worst retail manager experience.
