Working for Starboard Cruise Services is actually a decent experience, but the culture here still feels unpleasant due to some control freaks in the leadership. Some of the leaders here are obsessed with reaching unreasonable goals, and employees are often forced to just agree with their unrealistic demands. We’re basically unable to say no, even if we technically could. The rest of the leadership is okay, but these few insane ones really make things more problematic than they are.
