Cons

Fast-paced environment that may not be for everyone. Priorities can shift quickly and often compete, which keeps you on your toes. The team structure is lean, so there is an expectation for everyone to pitch in equally, which can sometimes feel demanding.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Starboard. From the very beginning, the team has been welcoming, professional, and incredibly supportive.
