      Pros

      Very good benefits, relaxing environment, good coworkers, and convenient location. Low stress level, students are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit below market, management can be slow to respond to changing conditions. I am confident that things will get better in the future.

      Pros

      The weather at best. I can't say much more. It is a great place to go if you are a sociopath that wants to make a lot of money and meet fellow Patrick Bateman types.

      Cons

      A toxic working environment. Situated in a very difficult to navigate suburban environment. Very little social life for young students and professionals. Very little soul. People here are self, rather than group oriented. Corruption is rampant, especially among the professors; famously this even includes our former president.
