      Being on campus is uplifting and inspirational. Great benefits and opportunities to meet incredibly talented researchers, business leaders, political figures etc.

      Cons

      Strong biases in hiring and promoting with little accountability/oversight for management.

      Pros

      The weather at best. I can't say much more. It is a great place to go if you are a sociopath that wants to make a lot of money and meet fellow Patrick Bateman types.

      Cons

      A toxic working environment. Situated in a very difficult to navigate suburban environment. Very little social life for young students and professionals. Very little soul. People here are self, rather than group oriented. Corruption is rampant, especially among the professors; famously this even includes our former president.
