      Flexibility of scheduling, extremely good management interaction, excellent people and co-workers, great benefits, reasonably compensation, excellent hiring practices, terrific environment

      Cons

      It is a bit tough to advance within certain departments; if you are employed within a scientific department, you may be locked to a single position, and advancing will mean leaving.
