Benefits are good, pay if you’re young and new is great. If name recognition is important too
Cons
If you’re over 35, comparable pay in industry is waaay above Stanford; research coordinator jobs are a total dead end. Supervisors and managers are not dissuaded from abusing staff and choosing friends over viable candidates.
