      Pros

      Good company culture. People are generally friendly. Bonus is also good

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunities. Posts gets frozen and if you are in a toxic area, you will be stuck and may need to leave the whole company for sanity. Senior Managers have egos, they say they want your honest feedback until you actually provide feedback on what is bothering you then they are defensive and will make life difficult
