Good attitude to training. Friendly and pleasant co-workers. Relatively low skills base, it is easy to be considered as a high performer by just doing your job.
Cons
Politically motivated promotion structure. There is no performance based system for promotion prospects, only political and connection motivated. Poor senior management. The typical approach is to get a large external consulting firm to set and execute strategies. The internal teams only maintain implemented solutions.
