Easy access to top management, you can literally work into their office to voice your opinion and they always listen. Great team work. Work ethics is second to none, high level of integrity. Great open office structure. Health insurance. Compulsory work-life balance.
Cons
The starting salary might not be as high as other financial institutions in the same level. Not enough staff engagement events all year round.
