Cons
If you are looking for a company that values your time, the effort you put in, and employee wellness, then run don't walk, AWAY from Spartan Race. Upper Management are all either former military drop outs or friends of the CEO. The pay is criminally low, employees are dismissed with no warning, double standards are lurking around every corner, and to top it all off, the company never seems to have any money to pay its bills or employees. Company culture and values are not something you will find here, much like a functional HR department or working health insurance. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
