Pros
Free races, discounts on merchandise when you're onsite, office is located right downtown so it's a great location to be in.
Cons
No leadership, no one at the top recognizes where change needs to take place so those who are in it day in and day out are just left spinning their wheels. Benefits are a joke...they try to entice you with a half-decent vacation policy but there is no tolerance whatsoever for "working from home" (unless you're senior management), no flex hours, and sick time is deducted from your PTO. Priorities are in the wrong order across the board. So much money is unnecessarily wasted at races because there aren't any processes in place to track or streamline. But instead of putting energy and resources in to change that, money is just continually thrown at new projects. Finally, everyone is so overworked. It's considered normal and even expected of you to be at work far more than required, but it goes far beyond that too. There's actually nowhere to sit and eat your lunch other than your own desk or out of the office. But if you take some time to eat outside the office and are gone for a minute longer than 60, it doesn't go unnoticed. "Working through lunch" is very much considered the norm. The place is a revolving door and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
