      The people are all very nice and passionate about their work, and its rubs off of the rest of the employees. It is a very easy company to fall in love with

      There were absolutely no cons to working, there besides the fact that I was a virtual employee. I would have enjoyed being able socialize with the rest of the employees, but it was what I signed up for.

      Travel, flexibility, a lot of opportunities to develop leadership

      They take advantage of you by expecting to train people above you. Any type of growth is stripped based on your location and not performance. Pay-cuts constantly happening and budget cuts.
