High turnover, no loyalty to employees - Anonymous employee Spartan Race Employee Review

Leadership team in Spartan has no loyalty to employees and treats everyone like a number. Other than the core club of VP's and C suite folks, anyone else can be unceremoniously fired and replaced by a cheaper alternative at a moments notice. Employees are expected to be available 24/7 and severe burnout is a reality. The treatment of employees during the pandemic has been less than favorable. Because of the core club in leadership, promotion opportunities are almost impossible - most people that leave Spartan on their own do so because they hit the ceiling.
