Pros
- The people here are great and everyone really does become good friends. - Going to the races and seeing that side of the brand is really amazing - I was a healthier person when I worked here, because everyone else is so it makes going to the gym and eating well easy
Cons
- Leadership is horrible. The CEO just hires all of his friends, regardless of their level of experience. - Leadership doesn't listen to the people who are in the day-to-day and throw money at consultants who shake things up for 4-6 months then leave - Fast paced is an understatement, decisions are made and change within hours and teams are supposed to pivot in the final minutes of something, but still execute exactly the same.
