Pros
The people you will meet are awesome and will lead to long friendships. The environment is very relaxed. The passion you will have while working for this company is amazing.
Cons
Turn over is terrible. Respect for the passionate people that work in this company is diminishing. Hiring people with no experience and deciding to pick and choose who to be "friendly" with leads this company into a political totem pole. Leadership needs to get over themselves and realize who the true "spartans" are and practice what you preach. Maybe this company wouldn't be such a stepping stone.
