      Race day experience is amazing. Travel is fun. Most venues are beautiful.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Benefits aren't great, even though you are told they are. Labor laws are forgotten about. Favoritism is how the company is run.

      Travel, flexibility, a lot of opportunities to develop leadership

      They take advantage of you by expecting to train people above you. Any type of growth is stripped based on your location and not performance. Pay-cuts constantly happening and budget cuts.
