I loved the perks of discounted merch, free classes, and getting to know awesome customers over time.
Cons
The manager and assistant manager were bullies. Popular teachers were put on a pedestal and praised to the point where they transcended the rules. If I upheld the rules from the training I received in a situation in which a popular teacher wanted me to bend rules for them, I would actually get in trouble for it. It was a clique, so if you were outside it, it was pretty miserable.
