      -Loved my coworkers -Great workout benefits at SoulCycle and other local fitness studios (tradeouts) -Fast-paced -Meet some cool people that are riders

      -Non-competitive pay -Corporate cuts corners a lot to minimize costs -Burnt out employees -No raises -No employee appreciation from corporate
