Pros
There's a lot of self sufficiency within a group setting at SoulCycle. You rely on each of your coworkers to complete tasks thoroughly, and quickly in between classes. Most of the instructors are really nice. You can always ride in a class that's not full for free, and bring a guest on your off days. At my old studio, They would let you ride on your birthday during work which is really cool if you had to work on your day. Being LGBTQ was pretty nice at Soulcycle. they hired me (gay) and a few of my trans friends worked at other studios.
Cons
There's a cap on hours in order to keep it part time- so issa no on extra hours. Sometimes you can have a mean boss but there's usually two more managers that make it really nice. As far as instructors go, almost all the ones I met are SO cool. It stinks when you have a favorite, but corporate switches them back and forth and transfers them all about the country.
