Pros
Great employee discount and free classes. The customers and other front desk employees are generally very kind. Corporate seems to be awesome and supportive
Cons
The manager at Chestnut Hill is by far the most passive aggressive person and immature person I've had the displeasure of working for. Management has unreasonable expectations for their part-time employees whom they do not properly train, often having other new hire front desk employees quickly train them. Job turnover is absurd because of how demanding management is of their part time employees. Also, they do not allow any breaks during shifts regardless of duration (which is illegal). Management's poor communication and straight up mean attitude towards the front desk staff made it a miserable place to work. I would not ever recommend working here as long as management at Chestnut Hill remains the same.
