      I think it depends on the Project you're working on Massive emphasis on the Graduate Programme, if you're a graduate you can definitely use it to your advantage

      Cons

      If youre not happy with the project you're on, its less easy to moving around especially if there are not many vacant positions available

      Pros: - Good name recognition on a resume - Strong early-career learning opportunities - Tuition and relocation support can be valuable

      Cons

      Cons: - High turnover - Inconsistent leadership quality by branch/project - Limited support in distressed project environments - Poor communication around promotions and advancement - Concerns raised in good faith did not appear to be meaningfully addressed
