As such Skanska is tightening the belt. Enabling functions (HR,IT, ETC), have been impacted and has resulted in job losses. Skanska is a company with a steady cash reserve but will still a need to reduce headcount. Since 2018, Skanska has undergone several reorganizations (Redundancies) . Skanska are known to change Terms and Conditions (Travel Allowances, Bonus Schemes) without notifying the employees these changes are occurring. Employees find out when changing roles.
