      Good ethics and culture - Good flexibility since Covid

      Cons

      Your success is dependant on which project you're working on - Not much room for development or progression unless you know the right people. PDRs are carried out each year but this just seems to be a check-box exercise only.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
