- Projects are so big that you don't get any diversity in terms of exposure, you are allocated to one project and depending on where you come in at in that project ti could years before seeing the other side thus making it hard to grow -Onboarding and training is subpar, its sink or swim on your own -Middle management (Development Mangers, Sr. Managers) are great at project managing but need a lot of improvement with people management. -Software and Systems are antiquated and below expectations considering the level of quality of the projects -Lack of diversity from an ethnicity standpoint
