      Pros

      They have some amazing projects to work on. The values of the company are real and it is great to work for a company like that. Sr. management are very genuine, hard working people that care about their people.

      Cons

      They do not get rid of white collar employees that aren't producing. Sr. management is not suited to make the tough decisions on poor performers. It has become much more bureaucratic in recent years, without bringing enough value to warrant the layers of nonsense.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
