      Pros

      New York office was great. Amazing projects to work on with very competent people. Company has a lot of work and opportunities to relocate.

      Cons

      It's construction. You'll work a ton, and heavy civil projects generally involve a lot of weekend work. Civil West not as good a place to work as Civil Northeast.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
