      Pros

      Got to work on really amazing projects. Skanska was very big on diversity for a construction company. Pay was good and yearly evaluation and raise.

      Cons

      Did not have much of a work-life balance. It was expected to pull a lot of hours, burning out employees easily.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
