      good experience lots of resources as far as work materials

      Cons

      Micromanagement a lot of engineers don't seem to have real world experience so plans don't always pan out like they hope. I think in the field of construction you need to have a healthy mix of education and real world experience.

      Pros: - Good name recognition on a resume - Strong early-career learning opportunities - Tuition and relocation support can be valuable

      Cons

      Cons: - High turnover - Inconsistent leadership quality by branch/project - Limited support in distressed project environments - Poor communication around promotions and advancement - Concerns raised in good faith did not appear to be meaningfully addressed
